Faculty of Art, Computing and Creative Industry
On September 15, 2009, UPSI Senate had approvedthe proposed on restructuring the faculty of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris with a goal to customize the academic programme and filed of study offered by faculty in line with the latest developments and requiremens. Facuty and department combined were Faculty of Information Technology and Communication and the Department of Art to the Faculty of Art, Computing and Creative Industry (FSKIK).
Faculty of Art, Computing and Creative Industry wa established on June 1st, 2010. The faculty has tree departments the Department of Art and Design, Department of Computing and Depertmnet of Creative Multimedia. Variuos programmes from the Diploma, Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Doctor of Philosophy are offered by the faculty to meet the needs of creative industries that provides graduates with arts and computing applications either in the field of education or in the global network of creative industries.
