Introduction

About Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)

On May 1997, this institution was established and named Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) based on the Government gazette RU. (A) 132 & 133 dated 24th February 1997 under the Order of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (Corporation) and the Order of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (Campus) 1997.

UPSI is located in Tanjung Malim, Perak Darul Ridzuan. Currently, UPSI has two campuses mainly Sultan Abdul Jalil Shah and Sultan Azlan Shah Campus. UPSI aims to be a prestigious university providing exceptional leadership in education, based on the advantage of broad experience and high level of competency in meeting global changes.
